I have taken to walking about 1.5 miles every day (or every other day). Looks like it has helped a little bit. I am also wearing my pimped out Skechers Shape-Ups. They're awesome and I do like that I feel like I'm working a little harder with them.

Lost: -0.4 lbs

Total To Date: -19.6 lbs
